Dawn Alpern

Senior Decorator

Named #2 Decorator in the Nation, February 2021
Named #5 Decorator in the Nation, March 2021
Eagle Award Winner (Top Sales), 2020
Chairman’s Positive Thinker Award, May 2020
Director’s Award Winner (Top Sales), 2019, 2018

When the opportunity to pursue a second career presented itself, Dawn didn’t hesitate! She decided to follow her passion and she immediately enrolled in the Interior Design program at College of DuPage. She now has several years of experience helping clients transform their homes into beautiful, personalized living spaces. One highlight of her career was helping stage a renovated Chicago home for the television design show, “Downtown Shabby,” starring Frank and Sherry Fontana on FYI of A&E Network.

Dawn has two design philosophies that drive her ability to style a space centered on her client’s lifestyle: #1: Less is More. A room should not be “over done.” Keep it clean and keep it simple. Allow a few items to shine and let the rest of the items play a supporting role. #2: In order for a room to really work, it must have aesthetics but it also has to have functionality.

Hailey Rogers

Office/Design Assistant

Hailey was raised in a world of artists and tradesman and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bromberek Design Team. Her career started in home-store retail, where she was certified in kitchen design. Appreciation for her skill, combined with the product knowledge gained, sparked an interest in helping people navigate the remodel/redesigning process. Her experience includes custom kitchens and bathrooms and the organization of offices and classrooms, as well as move-in/move-out redecoration; including paint, carpet, artwork, accessory and fixture selection.

Her most valuable take-away was learning how to navigate relationships with all types of people. Hailey invests into getting to know someone, building a relationship in order to get to know their needs and tastes. Her motto is “Communication is key; when we know what to expect from one another from the beginning, the results should be nothing shy of spectacular!” Efficient and effective, she is most interested in creating the whole-house “feel”, followed by function and individualization of the space.

Hailey is passionate about applying client suggestions, while working toward exposing clients to new ideas or options they may not have thought of. As she says, “A good plan saves time, money and regret.”
